An electrical installation will deteriorate over time and depending on a building’s use, will need to be maintained periodically.

We can arrange to carry out a periodic inspection and test of the fixed electrical service (also known as fixed wire/installation or hard wiring testing and required every 3-5 years on industrial/commercial properties) to comply with current legislation.

Utilising fully computerised, calibrated test equipment, we complete the work in accordance with The Institution of Engineering & Technology 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671 : 2018 Requirements for Electrical Installations) Guidance Notes No. 3, Section 3.

A report, including all results obtained, will be emailed to you showing whether the electrical installation is in a satisfactory/unsatisfactory condition to meet the normal requirements of insurers, licensing authority, mortgagers and the Health & Safety Executive.
